FOOD TRUCK APPLICATIONS

If you’ve got a trailer full of flavor and a menu that draws a crowd, we want you rollin’ into the JN Long Cultural Arts Center this May. From tacos to teas, BBQ to baked goods, our food vendor row will be packed with hungry festival-goers lookin’ to chow down while they explore the art, music, and community fun.

Whether you serve sweet treats, savory eats, or refreshing drinks, this is your chance to show off your menu, connect with local customers, and be part of something big right in the heart of Johnson County.

Food Truck Vendor Pricing

• 🍔 Food Truck Vendor Booth — $125
  Open to food trailers, tents, or trucks serving meals, snacks, and beverages to festival attendees. You are responsible for obtaining all proper health permits and Fire inspections.

Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions

By signing up, you agree to the following:

• No Refunds: All booth fees are non-refundable.
• Setup Time: Food vendors may arrive between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Do not arrive earlier than your assigned time.
• Health Inspection: All food vendors will be inspected on-site by the Cleburne Health Department before opening. You are responsible for obtaining all proper health permits and Fire inspections.
• Event Hours: You must remain open until 8:00 PM. Early teardown is not allowed.
• Parking: All vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking by 9:00 AM.
• Electricity: No electricity will be provided. All generators must be quiet inverter-style only.
• Cleanup: You are responsible for trash disposal. Dumpsters will be available on-site.
• Weather: This is a rain-or-shine, outdoor event. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.
• Space Selection: Food trucks will be assigned a space based on size, window opening, etc.
