VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Calling all painters, sculptors, photographers, and makers of fine art! If you’ve got creativity burning brighter than a campfire under the stars, we want you out here with us at the 2026 Cleburne Arts Festival. This event is your chance to show off your work, meet collectors, connect with the community, and make some sales in a vibrant, supportive atmosphere.
Whether you’re a seasoned exhibitor or showing for the first time, our artist section is designed to let your talent shine, and we’ll be marketing to art lovers across Johnson County and beyond.
Vendor Pricing
- 🎨 Artist Booth — $50
For creators selling original visual art, prints, photography, sculpture, etc. - 🧵 Craft Booth — $50
For handmade items, artisan crafts, DIY goods, and similar products. - 🏪 Local Business Booth (Trading Post Partners) — $75
For established businesses promoting services, handing out swag, or selling non-handmade items. - 🤝 Nonprofit Booth — $10
For registered 501(c)(3) organizations and community groups. Proof of nonprofit status may be required.
Vendor Terms & Conditions
By signing up, you agree to the following:
- No Refunds: All booth fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Event Day Commitment: Vendors must stay for the entire event. Early breakdown is not allowed.
- Setup Time: You will be assigned a setup time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Please do not arrive earlier than your assigned time.
- Event Hours: Vendors may not begin breaking down until after 6:00 PM.
- Booth Placement: Booths are assigned first come, first served based on payment date. After payment is received, you will be shown a map and choose your booth location.
- Electricity: We do not provide electricity. Please plan accordingly.
- Outdoor Event: All booths are outdoors—come prepared for weather.
- Parking: Parking assignments will be provided prior to the event.
